Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components and samples.

  Ship to Dr.Melaxin

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
